User Agreement

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions between https://dephouse.club ("Company" or "Affiliate Program" or "Affiliate Network" or "Dephouse") and you ("Partner") applying to participate in the Dephouse Affiliate Program. The terms set forth in this Agreement apply to your participation in the affiliate program available at https://dephouse.club. By applying through https://dephouse.club, you expressly agree to all the terms of this Agreement. By applying to participate in the Affiliate Program, you confirm and acknowledge that you have fully read this Agreement and agree to be bound by all its terms. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you should refrain from applying to participate in the Affiliate Program. If an individual is viewing this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity by submitting such an application, that individual affirms that they have the legal right and authority to bind the legal entity to this Agreement. Terminology Payment – the amount payable to the Partner from the internal account of the Affiliate Program to the Partner's external payment system in accordance with the agreed payment model. Reward – funds received by the Partner as commission from the profits of clients they attracted. Client – the end consumer, an individual who is at least 18 years old and has registered via the Partner's link. Payment model – payment for a specific result of placing promotional materials on the Internet by the Partner. CPA – (cost per action) is a payment model where the Partner receives a payout for a specific action as defined in the Agreement. KPI – conditions specified by the Advertiser under which a lead will be paid. Revenue Share or Revshare – a payment model where the Advertiser shares the revenue received from the sale of the advertised product. Offer – the rules and conditions (including restrictions and rewards depending on the rate and payment model), which together determine the information of the Advertiser published by the Partner(s) for promoting the product on the Internet. Partner – a webmaster (individual or legal entity) who participates in the Affiliate Program and engages in client acquisition. Affiliate Program – a form of cooperation between https://dephouse.club and the Partner, according to the basic conditions outlined below and deemed accepted by the Partner upon registration. Product, Advertised Object – the product, service, project, or branding object of the Advertiser (manufacturer, seller, or other entities), which the advertising intends to draw attention to. Advertising – information disseminated via the Internet containing promotional materials aimed at an undefined group to attract attention to the Advertised Object, sustain interest, and promote it on the market. Advertising materials – tools used by the Partner to promote the Product on the Internet. Traffic – the total number of Clients brought through the placement of promotional materials by the Partner on the Internet. Main Provisions According to this Agreement, the Partner uses the resources of the Affiliate Program to search and attract Clients and receives payment as specified in this Agreement. Rights and Obligations of the Parties Partner's obligations: - Search for Clients meeting the Company (or Advertiser)'s requirements, identify interest, and inform results as specified. - If third-party claims arise against the Company due to the Partner’s actions, the Partner agrees to handle such claims independently. - The Partner must securely store their login credentials and protect access to their account. - If detecting violations or harmful activities against the Company, the Partner must notify and assist in resolving them. - The Partner is responsible for complying with laws in their place of residence/activity. Partner's rights: - Receive rewards and payments according to this Agreement. The Partner is prohibited from: - Using aggressive or offensive language, threats, or obscenities toward staff, administration, or support. - Using cookie stuffing: - Opening the Product’s site in a zero-size iframe or hidden area; - Installing tags, cookie scripts, or similar tricks. - Registering more than one Client per person, household, IP, device, email, or payment method. Registering themselves or colluding is prohibited. - Holding multiple affiliate accounts or acting as a sub-partner without permission. - Disclosing confidential info from the support team or administration. Company's obligations: - Timely reward payments. - Provide instructions and recommendations to the Partner. Company's rights: - Request traffic sources or related data. Refusal may lead to suspension. - Suspend payments if terms are violated, until issues are clarified. - Make unilateral changes to this Agreement without prior notice. The latest version on the site is binding. Work Terms and Payment Calculation - Payments are made if terms are met. - Rewards are based on a share of net income from referred Clients. - Partner expenses (e.g., for services or tools) are not reimbursed. - CPA model requires prior manager approval. - Changing Client metrics may change conditions. - Repeat clients or those flagged as multi-accounts are not paid. - High KPI deviations may increase traffic verification hold time. - KPI-qualified Clients may be rejected if: - Creative specifies minimum deposit; - Incent traffic (e.g., cashback); - Deception; - App link removed; - App technical issues; - Fraud; - Misreporting traffic sources; - High churn; - Ad campaigns launched without approval. - Anti-fraud methodology is confidential. Unverified traffic is not paid. - Unique promo materials/links are provided. Partner must verify link correctness themselves. Final Provisions Correspondence and personal communication with the administration or support service of the Affiliate Program is considered confidential information. Participants of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from disclosing and publicizing it, publicly displaying it without the consent of the Affiliate Program, or allowing third parties to view/listen to such information (or its fragments). If this rule is violated, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation, block the account, and reset the partner's balance. In case of violation of the Agreement terms, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the partner's account without further payment and without explanation of the reasons for blocking. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending a corresponding message to the other party. All disputes between the parties are to be resolved through negotiations and correspondence. Partner appeals are accepted for review by the Affiliate Program only in writing and within no more than three calendar days from the date the disputed situation occurred. All appeals must be sent to the Affiliate Program's email address: support@dephouse.club The maximum period for reviewing appeals sent by the Partner is 15–20 business days. If a disputed situation not described in this Agreement arises, the Company reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion. All Partner appeals are considered official and are treated as written submissions via email to the appropriate departments. Submissions via online messengers like Telegram are not considered official. A Partner’s appeal must contain: Full name; Email; Date and time of the disputed situation; Description of the appeal. The Company has the right to refuse to review appeals in the following cases: - if the appeal contains obscene language and/or insults addressed to the Company or its employees; - if the appeal contains threats against the Affiliate Program or its employees; - if the Partner uses threats to tarnish the image of the Affiliate Program on social media or other platforms as an argument. In case of disagreement regarding transactions or the Partner's account status, the parties will refer to the Partner's activity logs based on the data of the Affiliate Program. If the Partner violates any of the clauses listed above, the Company reserves the right to refuse cooperation.
